Under no circumstances will Dayglow Vintage sell, share or reveal personal information collected from this site to a third party. We use a third party payment processor (PayPal) to ensure the payment of your purchased products. Please take some time to read their privacy policies before you disclose any personal information.

DayglowVintage.com uses a highly secure third party payment gateway, PayPal to process all payment transactions. Your sensitive credit card data is never made available to us, neither do we stored these information on our end.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7 days exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases. All items must be received by us within 7 days (local) or 20 days (international) from date of notifying the exchange.

To return for an exchange / refund, simply contact us.

Criteria and important points to note:
– We reserve the right to reject item(s) if it has been worn, used, washed or altered
– It is advisable that you use a Registered Postal Service with a tracking code as Dayglow Vintage will not be responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
– Item(s) must be returned in the original condition with tags (if any) attached
– Failure to comply with the above conditions above may void the exchange / refund
– Once we have received and confirmed that the return item(s) has met our terms and conditions, we will email you an acknowledgement that your exchange has been processed. Pls allow approximately 3 to 5 working days for your exchange / refund to be processed
– Concurrently, pls inform us of the item(s) to exchange for. New item(s) will only be mailed once additional shipping has been paid
– Kindly note that item(s) are only allowed to be exchanged once
– All made to order, made to measure clothing and sale items are non-exchangeable
– All earrings, hair accessories and sale items are also non exchangeable
– Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees, including return and new fees.
– Store credit will be issued if no replacement items are selected.
– All postage costs are non refundable and (actual incurred only) will be deducted from refunds to customers.
